Mob Talk Forums created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Mob Talk Forum uses "cookies" only for the purpose of logging into the board.

Your IP address is only visible to the owner/monitor of this forum when you post a message and is only retained within that message. If you abuse this forum (see disclaimer) your post will be deleted, your IP address will be entered into the ban list, and your access to this forum will be blocked.

IP numbers are NOT maintained by the owner/monitors of this forum in a list, log, or any other form. Once a message is moved to the search archive or deleted the IP number associated with that post is no longer available.

Your registration information (e-mail address, posting name at the time you registered, and your personally selected password) is confidential.

The member list is accessible to any user of the forum so, if you choose to register, please take time to check your profile and select the privacy options that are best for you. By selecting to hide your e-mail address and other information, in your profile, the only information visible to others will be your posting name (alias).

We will only release the member list to proper governmental agencies or courts if we are ordered to do so, a subpoena is issued for that information, and provided the information is available to us at the time of the request.

We do NOT retain copies of the member list or IP numbers beyond the retention of such information on the forum itself. When the forum posts are deleted, moved to the search archive, or cleared through routine/normal forum maintenance they are gone along with any corresponding IP/poster information.

The e-mail address you provide during registration may be used by the forum owner to contact you regarding matters of the forum or at your request. Your contact e-mail address, provided during registration, will not be given to anyone without your permission or by your request, except as stated above.

Your contact e-mail, assuming you elected to register, will be available to the forum owner as long as it is listed in your member profile. You can change or hide this information in your member profile at anytime. As mentioned, there is an option in your profile to allow your e-mail address to be hidden. If you do not want your e-mail address to be visible in the member list make sure you select that option in your profile.

Remember, any information disclosed on a forum can be viewed as public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. Mob Talk Forums strongly discourage you from disclosing your personal information or information of others. Anyone posting their personal information is subject to being banned from the forum. Anyone posting the personal information of other posters will be banned from the forum.

The purpose of this forum is to exchange opinions, ideas, and historical information. It is NOT for posting personal information of posters or other persons. Anyone who violates the policy of releasing personal information will be banned from posting.
